QMS Auditing Services is here to help you with when a crisis situation exists and will resolve all issues that threaten the business or your Certifications and Registrations. We have successfully helped our clients by implementing corrective actions to solve the immediate nonconformance and preventative actions to prevent recurrence. We also provide surveillance of the effectiveness of the corrective and preventative actions when requested. Here are a few examples of the projects we have completed.

Certification Body Lab Test Failures

For a Fortune 100 company, we resolved twenty-nine certification body laboratory test failures on a variety of personal protective equipment. This special project assignment was necessary since the client did not have the available resources to dedicate to these tasks. Resolution of these failures resulted in the removal of ship-hold on product in inventory and restored the company revenue stream.

AS9100 Registration

For a small family-owned business, we worked with the client’s Registrar to resolve ten audit non-conformances, both Major and Minor, that resulted in successful registration to the aerospace standard. The client was in jeopardy of losing their Registration Certificate we resolved all issues within the schedule allowed for NC responses.

MDSAP Assessments

For a medical client, we performed seven MDSAP assessments of the QMS that satisfied the requirement for an internal audit program. The client did not have qualified personnel on-staff to perform the internal assessments, issue the summary report, and identify the Concern Resolution Forms and QMS Auditing Services conducted monthly audits to meet the requirements of MDSAP and ISO 13485.
